Aftrac Limited is an oil and gas service company based in Nigeria. Established in 1993, originally as a technology resource and contracting company, Aftrac in 1998 took a conscious decision to focus on oil and gas related technology solutions and services. The company commenced operations in the down stream sector handling equipment procurement for refineries and petrochemicals. Today Aftrac offers a full range of highly specialized technical products and services to the upstream oil and gas industry.

In Nigeria, Aftrac has pioneered the use of nucleonic diagnostics to measure deposits in vessels and pipelines allowing facilities to operate with minimal shutdowns and also enabling blocked pipelines to be pigged more efficiently. The company is a pioneer, and the leading company providing sand management solutions that allow operators optimize oil and gas production when sand rates have been limiting. The sand detection service is available for new wells as well as mature producers.
