After clicking the login link on the menubar, a new window will prompt you to login. Input your email address as your USERNAME and your choosen PASSWORD e.g. If your e-mail address is yourname@aftrac.com type it into the webmail pop-up box as shown below.  

Then press enter or Click "OK" to continue

In the nex window click on either

or

to view your mails.
